This is not an exhaustive terms and conditions list, but rather information we believe is important to state in addition to the necessary terms and conditions.
As Ja Ja Morris Christian Hospital operates solely in Uganda, the organisation is not officially registered in other places such as the United States or the United Kingdom. Therefore, although this website is voluntarily run and paid for out of the United Kingdom at no expense to Ja Ja Morris Christian Hospital, the organisation is not an officially registered charity under this jurisdiction. With regard to donations, they are sent to one of the directors of the charity who forwards them on to be used on the ground in Uganda. Whilst we would prefer for transparency purposes for donations to be sent directly to an independent charity bank account and then accessed by those in Uganda, this is unfeasible at the moment due to the bureaucratic and legal hurdles it would take considering we are only an organisation in its infancy. In the future, as we hope the organisation expands, we aim to register in all of territories necessary to make the organisation run as smoothly and transparently as possible.
